What types of customer do you service?
Our services and solutions are geared towards companies or organisations that typically require Business Process Automation, Business Process Management, Workflow or Operations Management System solutions. Our customers are from most industry sectors, for example: Government, Light and Heavy Industry, Education, Financial Services, Retail and Manufacturing.
Where are your customers based?
Our customers are predominantly from Australia; however we do service other regions on request.
What skills do you have and level of experience?
We are a specialist company that employs project managers, business analysts and business process analysts. We also have system integration and development skills. Our senior team has on average 10-15 years experience, our executive team are highly experienced with on average of 20 years experience per person.
What technologies do you use?
Our key technology stack is Bizagi and J5, both regarded as world leaders in their respective technology areas. We also utilise Microsoft .Net, Java and a number of other BPM technologies.
What methodologies do you use?
- Project Management - a derivative on Prince2 adapted either to Agile or Waterfall depending on client requirement.
- Business Process Analysis - a combination of lean, six-sigma and our hybrid technique.
- Business Analysis – structured analysis techniques based around Use Cases
- Testing – structured testing approaches for regression, unit, system and user acceptance testing

Our solutions are limited only by business applicability and imagination, however the common themes are expense processing, product tracking, customer support, incident tracking, event tracking, management reporting, claims processing, resource management, product management, log books, compliance management, project management, activity planning, etc.
