Leveraging Bizagi to prototype your solution
Prototyping is an effective way to communicate how a system can work for stakeholders in the business. Since many business users may not be familiar with process diagrams many Business Analysts find it useful to produce screenshots or prototypes for their internal customers. This is easier than most people might think.
Bizagi software is well known and well respected for its two products, Bizagi Modeller and Bizagi Studio. Both have been given special mentions in analysts reports in the last 12 months. If you're unfamiliar with these solutions, they can be described as follows.
Bizagi Modeller
Bizagi's free modeller can be used to very quickly and effectively map and model your processes. The value of the process model itself goes beyond simply drawing process diagrams. By using extended attrubutes you can link any number of properties and information to the model. This can be useful to capture work instructions or related policies and procedures. This process model can then be published to a website or share-point for stakeholder feedback and engagement.

Bizagi Studio
In Bizagi Studio, the process model is in fact only the first part a much bigger picture. Bizagi Studio has an animated carousel that guides system developers and analysts through the steps necessary to create a solution.

Moving beyond the Modeller
Models created in Bizagi modeller can be imported into Bizagi Studio. Once this has been done, you can move to the next steps on the carousel and model the data to be used in the system.
After this stage (you've guessed it), the next step is to define the forms to be used for your prototype. Bizagi's carousel takes you through the steps need to build your solution, whether is a prototype or for deployment. By moving beyond the modeller to Bizagi studio, you can harness more functionality take your project to the next level. Just let the carousel be your guide!
