William Grant, a Leading Australian Beverage Distributor in Sydney required the sales team to be able to input and adjust such as the cost of a promotion in a worksheet and to view the projected results instantly, allowing them to get the
right balance between maintaining margin and being price competitive whilst driving volume. Scenarios to be created for later comparison against actual results of the promotion for gap analysis.

IMSX wrote the solution in Excel using advanced VBA to control sheet creation, security and formula. The result an Excel base solution with the ability to forecast and track potential profits with increased accuracy, and the capability to create multiple scenarios for each promotion.

Legacy System Replacement in Under Three Months

Our client, a leading company administration and legal services company outgrew their legacy client order delivery system, created and developed over many years. This solution had many problems from multi-user issues, to poor data capture control to a lack of control and monitoring capability.
